Title: Field Service Engineer
Hour Rate: $31 - $35/ Hour
Location: Indianapolis - with travel around Indianapolis, and some national travel
Position Overview
We are one of the most well known medical organizations in the country. We manufacture and service machinery in laboratories and hospitals across the world. We seeking an entry level Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service for our advanced biomedical equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will work closely with clients to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment while also offering training and guidance on proper use and best practices.
We are open to entry level candidates who have an engineering background and mindset. We want problem solvers who are curious. If you are the Ted Lasso of engineers we want to speak with you. This will be a client facing position, so being able to discuss problems and work in high stress environments while keeping a cool head is ideal.
