We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trial Attorney for Insurance Defense work to join our dynamic legal team. As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for representing insurance companies and their policyholders in a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to, personal injury claims, property damage claims, and insurance coverage disputes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to insurance companies and their policyholders in various legal proceedings, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trial insurance defense law.
- Strong litigation skills, including trial experience (preferred).
