Position Overview
The Traveling Sr. Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects at various locations, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in supervising concrete work, and the ability to lead diverse teams across different project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction teams on-site to ensure project goals are met.
Coordinate project schedules and communicate with project managers and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all job sites.
Oversee the quality control of construction activities, particularly in concrete work.
Provide guidance and support to junior superintendents and crew members.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years as a Superintendent.
Strong knowledge of concrete construction practices and techniques.
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams across different locations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
