Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Hospitality Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects in the hospitality sector across various locations. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful execution of projects, maintaining quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints while leading diverse teams on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on construction sites for hospitality projects.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Manage and supervise site staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Assist with scheduling and coordination of trades and materials needed for construction.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Ability to travel frequently to various project sites as required.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
