Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and transactional documents
Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing
Engage in public-private partnerships and municipal finance projects
Advise clients on legal issues related to regulatory compliance and risk management
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality, client-driven solutions

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
At least 3 years of transactional legal experience, with exposure to public finance or related sectors preferred
Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
