A prominent law firm, recognized for its expertise in public finance, infrastructure, and corporate transactional work, is seeking a highly skilled Transactional Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to make an impact in complex transactional matters while working in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and transactional documents
  • Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing
  • Engage in public-private partnerships and municipal finance projects
  • Advise clients on legal issues related to regulatory compliance and risk management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality, client-driven solutions

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • At least 3 years of transactional legal experience, with exposure to public finance or related sectors preferred
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
