Technical Support Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality technical support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and upholding our service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Assist clients in the setup and configuration of products.
Document and track customer interactions and issues using a CRM ticketing system.
Work closely with the development team to escalate unresolved issues and provide feedback on product performance.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best support possible.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in a technical support role.
CTS Certification is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM ticketing systems.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
