We are a 25 employee firm located in the heart of Bellevue just outside of Seattle, WA. We as a firm are growing fast and pride ourselves on a rich family feel within the firm. We offer a very flexible hybrid remote schedule. Although, for the right candidate we can offer fully remote capabilities. We do not have set days in office but just ask to have the ability to be in office for internal and client facing meetings. We are a full service CPA firm with tax, accounting, audit, and business advisor services. We serve a range of HNWIs, small to midsize businesses within a wide range of industries including manufacturing, constructions, real estate, professional services, retail, non-profit organizations, closely held businesses and more.
Our Tax team consists of about 15 individuals and looking to bring in the next generation of leaders. We have a partner and director looking to retire in the next 7-10 years and we want to bring in someone that wants to get on a path to upper management in the near future. Ideally we would bring on a generalist with a wide range of knowledge to work with multiple industries.
What You Need for this Position
3+ years of experience in Public Tax and Accounting (individual, corporate, and partnerships).
- CPA or EA (preferred)
- Extensive Experience with staff in planning, performing, and completing Tax engagements.
- Develop professional relationships with clients.
- Passionate about developing associates and senior associates
- Expert in both tax return prep and review (especially individual and fiduciary)
- Experience in developing best practices, training, mentoring, and team project management
Benefits
Base Salary: $85,000-$120,000
For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
