Position Overview:
A Tax Manager is needed for our firm, which has offices in Chandler and Scottsdale, Arizona. You have the option of working from Scottsdale or Chandler. We provide flexible hours, competitive pay and benefits, and a hybrid work schedule. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical skills reviewing tax returns and projects associated with partnerships, S corporations, and individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee, instruct, and guide fellow team members regarding tax procedures.
Train tax employees on soft skills.
Compile tax-related information and draft memos.
Gain practical understanding of your clients' companies.
Interact with clients gathering information, resolving problems, and recommending solutions.
Construct and grow a new business.
