We are a regional CPA firm with 10 offices around the East Coast and Midwest and we are about 125 employees and growing. We currently offer services in Tax, Audit, Accounting, and Business advisory services in mainly the private business sector, but we do offer services to some publicly traded corporations, and a lot of non-profit entities along with the HNW individuals attached. As we look to strengthen our tax team, we are a generalist team for the most part. Although, we do have a large enough client book to specialize in certain areas of tax. Those areas include: fiduciary (gift, trust, & estate), non-profits, real estate (hud & low income housing), partnership tax, and PCS tax. 5+ years of experience in Public Tax and Accounting (individual, corporate, and partnerships).
- 1+ years experience as a titled Tax Manager
- Active CPA or EA designation
- Extensive Experience with staff in planning, performing, and completing Tax engagements.
- Develop professional relationships with clients.
- Passionate about developing associates and senior associates
- Expert in both tax return prep and review (especially partnerships, s-corps, and individuals)
- Experience in developing best practices, training, mentoring, and team project management
Benefits
Base Salary: $110,000-$165,000
