Our tax team has a focus on mid to small businesses in the Central Indiana area including a lot of partnerships, s-corps, Non-profit organizations, and HNWIs. We touch a wide range of industries to give you a diverse book to offer a new challenge everyday.

What You Will Be Doing

Prepare, Review, manage tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations of businesses and HNWIs
Prepare and review complex tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liability
Manage and monitor client deliverables and due dates
Prepare or review complex U.S. and state individual income, gift tax, and estate tax returns
Conduct complex tax research and prepare memorandum outlining findings and conclusions
Respond to IRS and state agency audits, inquires, and tax notices
Communicate directly with existing clients, colleagues, management, and IRS representatives regarding various tax matters
Lead department in knowledge of software, processes, and workflows

What You Need for this Position

Required:

At least 4-7+ years of Public Accounting experience
Prep for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state tax
Prep for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state tax
Strong Prep and Review experience
Active CPA or EA
