Job Title: Superintendent
Location: Raleigh, NC
Compensation: $115k - $130k in total compensation
Requirement: 5-7 years of Commercial Construction experience. Mainly in Hospitality

- Ultimate responsibility of construction
- Work directly with Project Manager
- Expert knowledge of assigned plans and specs
- Participate in assigned projects pre-construction phase, advising on all constructability issues
- Host mandatory preconstruction meetings with every sub prior to the start date
- Monitor projects quality control
- Understand, implement & uphold Pogue procedures and processes
- Maintain and update Project Schedule
- Prepare updated schedule to present at every sub meeting
- Create and develop short term construction schedule
