Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team and lead the development of power systems for our products. Using tools specific to the automotive sector, you will design, develop, and integrate electrical component projects from idea to production, all the while fulfilling Quality, Cost, and Timing requirements in collaboration with the right suppliers. We are seeking a person who appreciates working in an environment where new technologies are used to continually improve our offers and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical systems including system architecture, PCBAs, and harnesses.
Lead the development of power systems, including design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Develop and optimize processes for producing effective and efficient electrical solutions.
Manage and complete projects within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Provide technical guidance to other team members.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in the power electronics/automotive industry
Extensive knowledge and experience in the design, analysis, and development of electrical systems
Experience with EV batteries a plus!
