Job Title: Senior Tax Manager - Financial Services
Location: REMOTE anywhere in U.S.
Salary: $150K - $1225K + Fully Paid for Benefits + Bonus

We are a Nationally Ranked Accounting firm of about 250 employees with a national client book. We offer tax, accounting, and audit/assurance, and business consulting services to individuals and businesses across the US. We have a wide range of clients focused in the for profit realm including both mid to large privately held businesses and large publicly traded corporations. We touch just about every industry in the US and we are large enough to specialize, yet small enough that you can keep a more generalist book of business.

Presently we are looking for a senior manager/director to be one of the main leaders on out financial services team. On this team you will focus on banks, investment firms, private equity firms, alternative investment clients among others.

What you Need

Required:

10+ years of Public Accounting experience
Active CPA or EA
Prep for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state tax
Review for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, Individual & Multi-state tax
Detailed Review and Sign-off exp.
High Level of Technical knowledge
- Experience working heavily with Financial Service clients
Heavy experince with 704(b) and 704(c) forms for partnerships
Working knowledge of:
- 475 Elections
- Mixed-Straddle account elections, and identified straddles
- 988(a)(1)(B) elections
Ability to handle 300-500 returns annually
