RESPONSIBILITIES
For our Regional / Boutique Clients: As you would expect with Mid-sized firms, you'll have a broadly focused Tax responsibilities which will include supporting both entities and individuals with Tax compliance and planning. You won't get pigeon-holed into a particular niche and you'll get exposure to a wide range of sectors and industries. These firms are all proactive with their hiring and they make sure that theey have enough hands on deck to keep the load light and work life balance strong for their people.
TOP 100 Clients: For those seeking larger firms, we have Top 20, Top 50 and Top 100 Firms that have their Remote game figured out really well (some with over 40% and growing of their teams working remotely), and value hiring talent regardless of where you live in the U.S.....We have roles that are more niche in several different areas (HNW / UHNW, Pass Through, Real Estate, C Corp, and / or Industry specific); Great pay, solid balance of work / life and these will be much more Niche is scope and responsibility with really impressive portfolios of clients you get to work with.
