We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with excellent Industrial Construction skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects including overseeing and directing construction projects from ground up/major additions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Construction, Industrial Construction, and General Motors.
Position Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning and implementation of construction projects as assigned. This position requires excellent leadership skills as well as a deep knowledge of Industrial Construction. The Senior Project Manager must ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of project management, from inception to completion
Develop and present project plans and budgets for stakeholders
Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure quality standards are met
Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders
Manage project risks and ensure all safety regulations are followed
Monitor expenditure against approved budget and initiate corrective action when necessary
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
At least 5 years of experience managing Industrial Construction projects
Proven experience in Construction, Commercial Construction, and General Motors
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of industry safety regulations and best practices
