Do you geek out over powerful machines, solving tricky problems, and making things RUN like clockwork? Perfect! We're looking for a curious, hands-on technical wizard to be the go-to expert for our servo-electric and hydraulic press systems.

You'll be teaming up with our brilliant engineers and production crew, helping our service techs with installs, troubleshooting, maintenance, and sweet performance upgrades. You'll be the Sherlock Holmes of presses-solving mysteries, preventing breakdowns, and keeping customers thrilled.

What You'll Be Doing:

Detective-Level Troubleshooting: Break out the tools, software, and your smarts to diagnose system issues and fix 'em fast.
Press System Installations: Lead the charge in installing and commissioning systems at customer sites, making sure everything runs smoother than silk.
Retrofits & Upgrades Extraordinaire: Bring older systems back to life with smarter, faster, more efficient upgrades.
Field Hero: Be the frontline support, whether it's on-site or remote, to keep downtime minimal and satisfaction high.
Preventive Maintenance Guru: Show customers how to keep their systems humming like new.
Documentation Wizard: Keep detailed service records like the pro you are-because clear info = happy customers.
Customer Trainer: Teach and empower users so they can handle their systems with confidence.

What you need to succeed in this role?

Bachelor's in Mechanical, Aerospace, or other technical fields preferred (OR 5-7 years of roll-up-your-sleeves industry experience-no degree? No problem!)
3+ years in manufacturing environments
Self-starter mindset-equally strong solo or in a team
Stellar communication chops
Up to 50% travel (you're cool with being out in the field!)
