Based in Boynton Beach, FL, we are a full service General Contracting and Construction Management firm. We specialize in Commercial, Educational, and Federal projects.

We are looking for a Senior Estimator to join our team! Must have 5+ years of experience estimating for Commercial Construction projects. A background in general contracting and estimating for Educational & Federal projects is highly preferred.

What You Will Be Doing

Prepare and develop detailed cost estimates and competitive bids for commercial construction projects
Perform accurate quantity take-offs using software tools
Maintain organized documentation throughout the estimating process

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Skills:
1.) 5+ years of experience in Estimating
2.) Commercial Construction experience (federal and educational projects preferred)

Nice to have skills:
1.) General Contracting background
