Senior Electrical Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and electrical systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality control procedures.
Provide technical guidance and support to project team members and subcontractors.
Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in electrical project management.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Experience in ground up hospital builds or healthcare facilities.
