Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Drywall Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for drywall projects, ensuring all aspects of the project are accounted for, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates for drywall installation.
Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and specification information.
Utilize On Screen Takeoff and QuickBid software to create detailed estimates.
Prepare and submit bids to clients in a timely manner.
Review project costs and budgets to ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with project managers to track project progress and address any discrepancies in estimates.

Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience as a Drywall Estimator or similar role in the commercial construction industry.
Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques and materials.
Proficiency in estimating software such as On Screen Takeoff and QuickBid.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
