Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Senior Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing civil engineering projects such as stormwater, facility planning, and production. You will be the primary point of contact and will be expected to ensure the successful completion of the projects. You should be a great problem solver with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage civil engineering projects in the public sector
-Manage and coordinate civil engineering teams to ensure successful completion of projects
-Analyze and design solutions using software such as Civil 3D and AutoCAD
-Ensure projects are completed according to safety codes and regulations
-Conduct research and assessments to ensure the feasibility of projects
-Provide technical guidance to staff and other stakeholders
-Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure effective communication and problem solving
-Provide reports and presentations to senior management on the progress of projects
Qualifications:
-A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
-A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management
-Experience in the public sector is preferred
-Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
-Experience with Civil 3D and AutoCAD
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Ability to work independently and take initiative
