Senior Architectural Project Manager

We are looking for talented Architects/Project Managers to join our team in our new Irvine office as we continue to grow and expand. Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Architect/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the design and construction of single family residential projects from conception to completion. They will be responsible for creating detailed design plans, including using AutoCAD, Adobe, and Sketchup drawings, and hand sketching and 3D modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design and construction of single family residential projects from concept to completion
• Create detailed design plans and drawings using AutoCAD, Adobe, Sketchup, and other programs/methods
• Provide expert technical guidance, support, and advice to project teams
• Ensure successful delivery of projects in a timely and cost-efficient manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of projects
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of related experience in residential design
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Design
• Knowledge of a wide variety of residential project types including but not limited to low density, single-family, duplex, multi-family, and mixed-use
  • Single-family experience required
• Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Revit, Lumion, and/or Sketchup
  • AutoCAD experience required
• Proficiency in hand sketching and 3D modeling a major plus
• Project Management experience and the ability to lead a team of architects and designers
• Ability to collaborate with all stakeholders including planners, clients, designers, and other internal teams
• Ability to report to Irvine office (this is an on-site office based role)
