Position Overview:

Due to our company's continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team! We are a well-established, family-owned company and the leading provider of emergency generator and back-up power systems in the West. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and compose company financial statements in compliance with GAAP
Work closely with external auditors as the primary contact for annual financial evaluations
Oversee financial closings and deadlines
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement new accounting systems in order to improve efficiency and streamline procedures across departments
Create and maintain strong internal controls to protect business assets

Qualifications:

Min 5 years progressive accounting
Current CPA license
3+ years ERP
Must be well-versed in GAAP
Thorough knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
Inventory control experience
Proficient in Excel
