Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by providing technical expertise and support to our clients and sales team. You will be responsible for delivering product demonstrations, pre-sales support, and evaluation to potential customers. Additionally, you will work closely with our data science and AI regulation teams to ensure successful product deployments and model deployments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our products to potential customers.
- Provide pre-sales support to the sales team by understanding the customer's technical needs and offering solutions
- Collaborate with the data science and AI regulation teams to ensure compliance and successful deployment of products.
- Assist with evaluation and proof-of-concept activities for potential customers.- Deliver product presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations to effectively communicate technical information.
- Travel to customer sites to support and demonstrate products when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Strong technical background (Python required and Java is an added bonus) and understanding of data science and AI regulation.
- Experience with product demonstrations and presentations.
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel (as needed but no more than 25%) and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with model deployment and cloud computing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation: $150k base/$210k OTE (depending on experience)
