SaaS Onboarding Specialist

Location: This role is 100% remote (though you MUST live in the US)
Salary: 70-80k + GREAT benefits (100% paid healthcare!)

Position Overview
We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the smooth integration of new clients into our services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience with our SaaS products. This role is pivotal in establishing strong client relationships and providing technical support to ensure clients are well-equipped to utilize our solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary steps are completed in a timely manner.
Provide technical support to clients during the onboarding phase, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track client progress and manage accounts effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience and address client needs promptly.
Analyze client feedback and onboarding metrics to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain documentation related to onboarding processes and best practices.
Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure proper understanding of our products and services.

What's Required

Bachelor's degree in a Business, IT or Logistics or related field preferred
2+ years of experience onboarding for either a SaaS or logistics company
Onboarding for a complex product which requires customization for each client
Able to wear many hats and thrive in a fast paced environment
Able to build out processes/playbooks, automation and training
