Roofing Sales Representative

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in roofing services by building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing products and services, as well as exceptional sales skills to succeed in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the roofing industry.
Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide accurate estimates for roofing projects.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of roofing projects after sales.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
Attend trade shows and networking events to build business relationships and promote services.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Strong understanding of roofing products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales preferred.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
