Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for overseeing dynamic roofing operations? We're looking for a Roofing Operations Manager to join our expanding team! In this role, you'll manage the entire lifecycle of both commercial and residential roofing projects, ensuring smooth operations from bid preparation to project completion. Your expertise in diverse roofing systems and dedication to delivering high-quality, competitive estimates will ensure flawless project execution every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Assessments: Conduct on-site inspections to gather essential details about each project, including measurements, roof condition, material needs, and potential challenges.
Bid Preparation: Develop comprehensive bids and proposals, covering labor, materials, and timelines, ensuring they are competitive and meet profitability goals.
Material Sourcing: Accurately determine material quantities and specifications, collaborating with vendors to secure the best pricing and timely deliveries.
Client Consultations: Engage with clients to discuss project scope, address questions, and ensure clear alignment on project requirements, budget, and timeline.
Cost Analysis: Evaluate costs and identify opportunities to enhance profitability without compromising quality; keep pricing models up to date based on market trends and labor rates.
Project Scheduling: Coordinate schedules and resources with superintendents to optimize productivity and avoid conflicts.
Permitting & Compliance: Manage the permitting process, ensuring each project meets local building codes, zoning regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
Pre-Construction Meetings: Conduct pre-construction meetings with superintendents, clients, and subcontractors to ensure everyone is aligned on project requirements, safety protocols, and expectations.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in roofing construction and operations management, with a strong understanding of both commercial and residential roofing.
Proficient knowledge of various roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, tile, and asphalt shingles.
Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., EDGE) and project management tools.
Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in client-facing roles.
Strong ability to analyze, solve problems, and keep projects organized and on track.
