Qualifications

Who We Want (Requirements)

An Associate's degree in Business or Engineering from a two-year college or university, along with at least one year of construction site experience.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Primavera Scheduling Software is essential.

What We Expect (Essential Functions)

Develop, implement, and maintain cost controls for projects.
Monitor, evaluate, and update project cost data against budgeted amounts.
Create project progress charts and cost reports.
Provide trending information to support forecasts of time and cost issues.
Develop and implement measurement systems to analyze and identify improvements.
Create and update resource-loaded construction schedules.
Verify scope changes and estimate costs based on contract terms.
