Title: Quality Food Safety Manager
Location: Meadville, PA (Relocation Assistance Available)
Salary: $125,000-$140,000 DOE + 12.5% Incentive Bonus + $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS!
Requirements: At least 6+ Years in a Food Safety/Quality Role. At least 3+ Years of Management/Supervisor experience in a Manufacturing role, with knowledge/certifications in: BRC preferred for this plant, or SQF, HACCP, PCQI, GMP's, Quality Systems, and an understanding of FDA regulations/requirements.

Responsible for managing the plant Quality Assurance program. Assists Operations in the identification and implementation of quality improvements. Assists Engineering in the identification and implementation of structural and mechanical designs to support food safety and GMP practices. Assures compliance with applicable quality, food safety and regulatory standards. Support, implement, and maintain food safety, food safety culture, and quality practices as required through BRC/SQF. Will be responsible for completing job duties in a manner that supports all plant safety, food safety, quality, and environmental practices. This position has shared responsibility as SQF practitioner and/or back-up practitioner.
