Salary: $90,000-$110,000 + Incentive & Annual Bonus + ESOP + $20k Relocation Package

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join us to ensure products meet customer specifications. You will be developing and maintaining the quality plan that will support quality objectives, financial metrics, and KPIs. You will also oversee the control of measurement equipment (inspection, calibration, and testing).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement & maintain quality control systems / procedures
Support and maintain the Quality Management System
Engage w/ and support APAP & PPAP processes
Participate in CI efforts to increase customer satisfaction and process performance
Lead and implement corrective action to eliminate & prevent nonconformities
Perform audits, validations, on-site training & service

Qualifications:

Six Sigma (black, yellow or green belt) preferred
Cold forming experience is a PLUS
ISO 9001 experience required (IATF 16949 preferred)
Statistical Process Control & monitoring experience (Control charts, Gage R&R, Capability analysis etc)
Experience w/ continuous improvement ideal
Knowledge of 8D, 5-Why, DMAIC, Kepner Tregoe, or DOE
Experience in EHS & Quality Management w/ strong root cause & corrective action
