Due to growth, we are currently hiring multiple Project managers to lead our mechanical projects. These individuals will be responsible for an assigned portion of the project including compliance with the contract documents and all applicable goals. The right individual will emphasize a sense of urgency and innovation while providing an environment of trust, cooperation, commitment and teamwork.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensuring schedule completion of projects within established budget, time and quality standards, performance and customer satisfaction
- Reviewing project documents, plans and specifications and directing construction activities, resolving difficulties and project closings
- Possess a complete and comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, blueprints, specifications
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of managing ground up/remodels for mechanical projects
- Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customers and architects
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new software
- Previous experience with project documenting and record keeping
