What You Need for this Position

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar preferred and more than 5 years of experience and knowledge of:

- Mechanical construction projects including HVAC, plumbing and/or fire protection
- Experience managing mechanical project scope for commercial and institutional facilities such as higher education, healthcare and life-sciences preferred
- Strong knowledge construction document processes and procedures
- Working knowledge of construction related software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project etc.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
