Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on luxury and custom homes. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and adherence to quality standards.
Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
Prepare project documentation, including reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Experience with luxury home or custom home projects is preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
