Sr. Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Project Manager to oversee complex manufacturing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with company goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans for large-scale electrical panel manufacturing projects.
Lead and manage the implementation and completion of electrical panel manufacturing projects.
Lead and manage multiple manufacturing projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Coordinate with internal (Sales, Engineering, Production, QC, Shipping and Receiving) and external stakeholders (Customer and vendors) to align project goals and expectations related to panel manufacturing.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
Ensure compliance with UL standards and other regulatory requirements where applicable.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies accordingly.
Ownership of managing project management software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management within the manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Experience with UL standards (UL891, UL508A, and UL67) and electrical manufacturing is a plus.
PMP certification is highly desirable.
Knowledge of control panel assembly processes is an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
