We are a West coast based GC with locations in CA, AZ and NV actively looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Our markets include commercial, industrial, retail & service - we are looking for someone specifically with retail experience.
Candidate can be living in California OR Arizona.

What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate activities among subs, suppliers, vendors, etc.
- Coordinate design & engineering efforts
- Report financial stats of project
- Responsible for contract administration
- Responsible for proposal prep
- Develop progress schedule
- Purchase/monitor delivery of required materials
- Negotiate contracts with subs/vendors
- Review/approve sub/vendor payment requests
- Visit job sites as required
- Promote/implement safety program
What you need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
- 5+ years Project Management experience
- Experience with retail (required)
- Experience with QSR & medical (preferred)
- Experience with ground up, TI & open store remodels
- Experience with fast track schedules
- Effective communication & organizational skills
