This is a full time position with a Construction company with a leader in the Industrial Construction space. They have been around for over 50 years and have seen consistent growth. They are a very stable company with consistent projects, so they are currently hiring for experienced PM/Estimators. This person will be responsible for providing overall management, direction, timelines, etc. for their projects and bidding work when necessary.
- 5+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager or Estimator
- Experience at a General Contracting company
- Knowledge of steel, concrete, electrical, building fit outs, etc.
- Experience on any of the following projects: Industrial
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or related) is a plus but not required
- Manage projects from start to finish (Budgets, timelines, planning, etc.)
- Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining a high quality work
- Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontracts
