Key Responsibilities:

You will be overseeing project and client management for packaging equipment, starting from the purchase order receipt, and continuing through the stages of engineering, procurement, assembly, installation, acceptance testing, and the initial year of warranty.

Job Functions:

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams from design phase through installation and customer acceptance.
Manage customer relationships, communication, negotiation, and satisfaction.
Clarify customer requirements, scope of work, and milestone schedules.
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when facing changing priorities, deadlines, challenging situations, and ambiguity.
Provide leadership and direction during project execution difficulties.
Act as a liaison with customer and managing expectations to the contract .
Manage intracompany equipment purchases for projects involving systems beyond packaging equipment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5+ years in project management dealing with manufacturing/capital equipment
Six Sigma and Lean
Experience with SAP
