Position Overview
The Project Director will oversee and manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget. This role is crucial in leading project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving the restoration and mitigation efforts effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple restoration and mitigation projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Conduct damage assessments and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate project activities with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet objectives.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in restoration and mitigation sectors.
- Strong knowledge of damage assessment techniques and methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
