Right now we are urgently looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in SMT/PCBA (Surface Mount Technology/Printed Circuit Board Assembly)
We are an electronics manufacturer based in the Orange County area and we have been steadily growing since 2018
SMT Engineer - PCBA position
The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks and AEGIS Software, MRP System, IPC & J-STD-001 standard, Quality Management Systems, PCBA, ITAR/Export company requirements, and Assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and maintaining drawings, production flow, procedures, and Statistical Process Control for manufacturing
Designing, developing and executing production of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB), Surface Mount Assembly (SMT), AutoCAD and SolidWorks, AEGIS Software, MRP System and IPC & J-STD-001 standard
Developing and executing Statistical Process Control for Manufacturing
Providing technical support for all production processes
Maintaining quality assurance systems and processes
Monitoring production, inventory control, and quality control
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards
Resolving production issues and troubleshooting
Maintaining a safe work environment
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electronics/electrical or mechanical engineering or related field, PCBA, SMT
3+ years of experience in PCB, SMT, Manufacturing Engineering and Process Design
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks and AEGIS software, MRP System, IPC & J-STD-001 standard, Quality Management Systems, PCBA, ITAR/Export company requirements and assembly
