Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 Base Salary + Bonuses + 401K Matching, Profit Sharing, PTO and Comprehensive Health Benefits!
Summary: As a Plant Manager, you'll lead and coordinate overall plant operations to ensure production excellence, efficiency, and quality at optimized costs. Collaborating closely with division management, you'll drive productivity, quality, and process improvements while maintaining compliance and fostering customer relationships.
