Title: Maintenance and Facilities Manager
Location: Lebanon, Indiana
Salary: $100,000-$110,000/Year + Benefits & Potential Bonus
Requirements: Candidate must have 8-10 years experience working with electrical systems, plant operations and have leadership experience in a high speed manufacturing environment. Food and Beverage would be a plus with experience in CPG packaging. Experience with PLC's and troubleshooting is a must for this role.

What You Will Be Doing
Manage contract maintenance and in-house maintenance employees.
Work closely with third-party cold storage partner to optimize proper system maintenance and controls.
Ensure energy, water, and other energy inputs are efficiently used and provide leadership to reduce consumption and identify energy conservation opportunities while maintaining plant productivity.
Collaborate with utility providers to ensure timely communication of rate increases, planned and unplanned utility outages, and load shedding arrangements.
What You Need for this Position
10 years Plant Management and Facilities experience.
Extensive knowledge of PLC's and controls troubleshooting
Motivated self-starter with excellent leadership skills.
Work effectively with all levels of the organization.
