Location: Fort Washington, PA

Salary/Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 Base Salary (DOE) + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits (Health Insurance, PTO, 401k etc.)

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our Trust and Estates team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with the preparation and drafting of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
Manage and organize client files and documents.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in estate planning and administration.
Prepare and file probate documents with the court.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Trust and Estates law.
Strong understanding of estate planning, trust administration, and probate procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research and document management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
