Full-service construction company specializing in roadway construction, bridges, and asphalt paving, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager. This role will manage the activity of the Asphalt Division within the designated area(s), ensuring successful project execution, financial oversight, and the application of the Integrated Management System (IMS). The Operations Manager will lead the planning, budgeting, and management of multiple projects while ensuring adherence to company standards and goals. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, hire, and develop a top-tier project management team.
Oversee contracts, budgets, projected costs, change orders, and collections.
Ensure project goals related to budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction are met.
Collaborate with VP of Operations to adjust budgets and projections.
Manage and enhance contractor relationships, growing new business and market development.
Optimize resources and equipment usage while ensuring job quality.
Monitor equipment maintenance and repairs.
Lead financial management, WIP, and project closeouts.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in heavy highway/civil construction management.
Extensive knowledge of DOT work and emphasis on roads, highways, and bridges.
Proficient in Excel, Primavera, and SAP.
Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and financial skills.
