Marketing Director - Small but mighty SaaS B2B company! New role, new marketing function! 

Fully REMOTE position.

Base Salary around $100K plus bonus and benefits.

Position Overview
We are a technology company with a niche product that has been around for over 30 years.  We are moving into new industries and taking our product to the next level. To date our client growth has been with partnerships so with this new business initiative we are creating the role of Marketing Director.  This new role in our organization will be hands-on creating the marketing function and drive the overall marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and market presence. This role is crucial in developing go-to-market strategies, managing product marketing efforts, and executing effective campaigns across various digital channels.  We are a small but mighty company and we are looking to you to develop and create the marketing function from the ground up!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, ensuring effective positioning and messaging.
• Oversee product marketing initiatives, including the creation of marketing materials such as brochures and digital content.
• Develop and execute product launch campaigns and promotional events.
• You are building the marketing function, so it's a team of one, you, so you must have strategic abilities and be a "player coach" and get your hands dirty, as you own this function.  The team can grow as we grow in the future.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and sales enablement.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, building from scratch and owning all the marketing functions.
• Strong knowledge of product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and campaign management.
• Experience in marketing a SaaS product and understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Exceptional in the construction industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
