Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and enhancing production efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and support the manufacturing of high-quality electronic products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing defects.
Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
Create and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures.
Train production personnel on new processes and technologies.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics.
Strong knowledge of IPC 610 and IPC 620 standards.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
