Maintenance Manager (Food & Beverage)
Salary: $95k - $110k + bonus
Location: 1st shift onsite in Concord, NC
Requirements: 10+ years of experience with automated processing equipment + 2 years of leadership (extra points for food & beverage industry exp!)
Position Overview
Headquartered out of San Diego California, we are an up and coming flavorings company new to North Carolina!
We're moving into a state of the art facility in Concord NC and looking for a Maintenance Manager with plant start up/green field operations to set our plant up.
Initially you will be involved with plant lay out, equipment installation and everything else in between needed to get our facility up and running. You will be tasked with building out a team and overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility to ensure optimal operation, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role involves managing maintenance staff, coordinating facility repairs and improvements, and implementing preventative maintenance programs to enhance equipment performance and longevity.
