Job Description
-Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including trials, hearings, and mediations
-Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
-Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
-Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
-Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy and preparation
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
Job Requirements
-4+ years of litigation experience
-Bad faith and insurance experience (plaintiff) is a plus
-Juris Doctor
-Licensed in AZ
-Great writing skills
-Flexible
