We're an innovative new plaintiff firm specializing in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) cases, dedicated to making a powerful, positive impact on our clients' lives. As one of our first five attorneys, you'll be part of a team setting the standard in TBI law, working directly with our reputable founding partner to manage 500+ high-net-worth cases. This role offers the chance to make a real difference for our clients while advancing your career in a dynamic environment.

In this Role, You Will:

Manage high-stakes personal injury cases, conducting research, preparing legal documents, and building a case strategy from start to finish.
Represent clients in mediations, negotiations, and trials, standing as a strong advocate in the courtroom.
Develop deep client relationships, guiding them through their cases with skill and empathy.
Stay current with evolving personal injury law, focusing on TBI advancements to deliver top-notch results.

What We're Looking For:

You'll bring a JD from an accredited law school and active admission to the California State Bar
4+ years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation
If you have exceptional research, writing, and interpersonal skills, along with a drive to make a difference, you'll be a perfect fit.
