We are seeking a skilled Job Captain to lead Laboratory environment architectural projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project efforts, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and delivering high-quality construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and documentation process using Revit and CAD software.
Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate with team members and clients to facilitate communication and project updates.
Oversee the preparation of construction documents and technical specifications.
Conduct project presentations and meetings with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and lab-specific requirements.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff members.
Coordinate with MEP engineering to ensure integrated project delivery.
Maintain organizational records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Very proficiency in Revit.
Experience with lab design and construction processes.
Strong understanding of healthcare project requirements.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in project coordination and management.
Familiarity with BIM practices and MEP engineering is advantageous.
