"Advocates for the deaf on Thursday filed federal lawsuits against Harvardand M.I.T., saying both universities violated antidiscrimination laws by failing to provide closed captioning in their online lectures, courses, podcasts and other educational materials," the NY Times reports.
3. How Yahoo Employees Knew Marissa Mayer Was About to Fire Some of Them [Business Insider]
Yahoo fired 100 to 200 of its employees due to a "restructuring." One anonymous source told Business Insider: ""Employees saw it coming when on getting to work 2-3 conference rooms in every floor were suddenly reserved for HR with all previously scheduled meetings in the room cancelled."
