HVAC Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in both commercial and residential settings. The HVAC Technician will ensure optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, while providing excellent customer service and adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in commercial and residential properties
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC units
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of services performed
• Work with DDC controls systems to optimize system performance
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients
• Provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred
• Valid EPA certification
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician
• Familiarity with HVAC installation techniques and systems
• Knowledge of DDC controls systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
• Experience with Tridium, JCI, and Distech systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
